Cancellation & Refund Policy

Vystrit Designs Private Limited believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be possible if the orders have been communicated to the manufacturing units and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
• Refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product has a manufacturing defect
• Refunds will be made after adjusting the discounts/ offers applied during the purchase
• Partial Refunds: In some cases, based on the situation a partial refund may be issued. All refunds will be adjusted for discounts and offers and refunds to the extent of actual amount paid by the customer will be made
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 3 days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within within 3 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.

Vystrit Designs Private Limited, it’ll take 16-30 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
Returns Policy

Vystrit Designs Private Limited (the Company) believes in customer satisfaction and delight. Under this policy:
For returns, the intimation should be given to the Company within 7 days of the receipt of the product by the customer.
• While we take extreme care in packaging, some times the product delivered may be damaged during the transit. In such cases,
1. the Company will try to first repair the product or provide a way to restore/ repair the product. The cost will be borne by the Company
2. If a return is the only option, then depending on the customer location, arrangements will be made to pick the items up and bring it to our nearest base location. The cost of pick up will be borne by the Company. In some rare cases, some part of the cost may be borne by the customer which will be reimbursed to the customer through gift vouchers and/or refunds as feasible.
• In rare cases, based on sole discretion of the Company, we may allow return of a proudct if the product does not fit the space. In such cases, the complete cost of return will be borne by the customer. There will be no restocking fee.
