We ship across India and also worldwide. Please read the policy below.

Domestic Shipping (within India)

We ship across India through our several delivery partners. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 8+ Days days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.

Vystrit Designs Private Limited is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 8+ Days days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Customised products take at least 3 weeks for manufacturing as per your specification and hence the delivery timelines are different for customised products. These timelines are agreed up on at the time of confirming the order. 

Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.

International Shipping Policy

Shipping Partners and Methods

We collaborate with reputable international courier services to deliver orders worldwide. All international shipments are dispatched through registered courier companies to ensure secure and timely delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and handed over to our courier partners within 8 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment receipt, unless a different delivery date is agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Customised or out of stock products may take 3 to 5 weeks of processing time. This is communicated and agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and are subject to the courier company's norms. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Vystrit Designs Private Limited is not liable for any delays caused by the courier company or customs authorities. Generally, it takes 12 to 24 days for delivery.

Custom Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your country's customs office to determine any additional costs prior to making a purchase.

Customized Products

Customized products require a minimum of 3 weeks for manufacturing as per your specifications. Delivery timelines for customized products will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Address

All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Please ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues.

Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor the status of your shipment.
